PP Privacy policy
We keep almost nothing.
We're a privacy brand. Collecting your data would be a strange look. Here's exactly what PRIVATEHIDE holds and why. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist or email us.
- Your name and email, if you contact us about investing or ask for the business plan.
- Nothing else from these pages. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no outside fonts or scripts.
What we use it for
Waitlist emails: telling you about launches, pre-orders and anything important from PRIVATEHIDE. Investor emails: replying to you and sending what you asked for. That's it.
Who else sees it
We never sell or rent your data. Our host, Netlify, stores waitlist signups for us. With each signup it also records the IP address and browser that sent it. Netlify holds the list on our behalf. It isn't an advertising network and we don't pass your address to any marketing tool.
Until PRIVATEHIDE has its own mailbox, Netlify emails a copy of each signup to our founder's Gmail inbox, and emails you send us land there too. That means Google also holds a copy. We'll switch to a PRIVATEHIDE mailbox once it's set up.
If the form can't be stored, the page offers an email draft to maxenthoven@gmail.com instead.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Then it goes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can see, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it, whenever you like. Email maxenthoven@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Server logs
Our host may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. We don't use them to profile anyone.
